It was so bad tan?

I live in a place, of Chicago, where his only sun in the summer. Now it's almost summer, I spend time thinking outdoor tanning. I usually use SPF 15 tanning oil is really bad for my skin? The problem is that spray tans irregular out after a week or so … I do not know how to avoid that, even though I try mousturizing and what taxes to be heard

UV rays damage the skin and can cause cancer. Tanning is a sign of damaged skin. Look at the pictures without touching some of the famous stars from the '50s and '60s, including Brigette Bardot as additional evidence. SPF creams / aerosols and / or moisturers not help in the long run because you just have to stay longer to achieve the same depth of tan. However, there are also a growing belief that sun exposure is good for you and has a positive impact on their health because of the feel good factor and the natural production of vitamin D, etc. It is believed that sun exposure has a strong influence on the effect of 'Mediterranean' that people living in the sunniest areas of the French experience fewer cardiovascular problems than others. This has been attributed to various aspects of the lifestyle there, such as red wine and salads. However, sun exposure is now believed to play an important role. Here's a quote (source below) "According to a study by the University of Sydney and the Melanoma Clinic in 1982, people with the lowest risk of skin cancer were those whose main outdoor activity was sunbathing. The same study also found that the highest incidence of skin cancer occurred in those who spent most of their time indoors under fluorescent lighting, which is deficient in the ultraviolet portion of solar spectrum. The findings of this survey were confirmed in 1985 by Dr. F. Alan Anderson, a physicist with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration at New York University of Medicine, who found that in a period time, only a fluorescent light emits enough radiation to cause skin cancer. Mice living under natural unfiltered sunlight shelter has been shown to live longer two times higher than the mice who live under fluorescent lights. According to Dr. Jacob Liberman, sun exposure is necessary for the maintenance of over 100 vital biological functions. "So it's you. I received this amazing wall decorative blanket/gift.How do I hang it w/out putting nail holes/tac in it?

I received this 40 year old hand made blanket as a gift. The blanket was hand made in Peru and it is amazing. I don’t want to sleep w/ it, it is a piece of art. I want to hang it on the wall as a display, however, I don’t know how to hang it w/out putting nail/tac holes in the blanket. I surely do not want to do that. Any ideas? I like nice things, but, you could say I am, “wine decorator on a beer budget.” Any ideas , THANKS

You can purchase quilt hangers, or you could make your own!

It’s not difficult, all you need are some simple tools, and a little imagination.
lay a piece of wood (suitable size to overlap the width of the blanket about 2 inches on either side) on the floor, and place the edge of the blanket over it (allow the blanket to overlap a little) then place another piece of wood (same size) on TOP of the first peice. With screws long enough to enter the top peice of wood (but not so long as they stick out the other side of the bottom piece) attach the pieces together. Put the screws into the end of the wood where you allowed it to overlap.
Tighten as tightly as possible, and there you go! Attach picture frame wire to each end of the wooden ‘hanger’, and mount to the wall.

might take you a few minutes, but you could use decorative wood, and personalize the hanger to accentuate the blanket!
